THE OFFICE OF STRATEGY + INNOVATION
The Office of Strategy and Innovation was established in 2015 after the election of County Executive Steve Stenger to advance quality of life in St. Louis County through a strategic and performance focused lens. From its inception, its mission has centered on both setting direction for the organization, as well as driving and inspiring superior performance.
