A NEW STRATEGIC PLAN FOR ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO
Imagining Tomorrow, St. Louis County’s 2013 Strategic Plan, told a story. Using a comprehensive planning process that included strategic assessments, survey data, focused external expertise and input and public policy research and analysis, the plan told a story of a maturing County with considerable assets prepared to take on the 21st century. The 2019 Strategic Plan update aims to build on that story with a focus on 21st century governance. The plan will take a strategic look at St. Louis County services and the impact on residents, businesses, and the overall quality of life through an equitable lens.
CURRENT PLANS & INITIATIVES
St. Louis County Government has 22 operating departments/agencies. The strategic planning process will incorporate, integrate, and align with all existing plans and current internal and external initiatives.
